CANCELLATIONS

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount as a store credit, in case payment has already been made. If the amount is refunded back to the same payment source, a 2% handling/service charge will be deducted. The orders that have already been processed by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy for those orders. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We do this so that we can maintain our moto of sustainability and eradicate any duplicate orders which helps us in keeping a check dubious buyers.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have made payment for the same, the said amount will be reversed back to your account from which the payment was made.
